Nicole, the chic and feminine bolero or back-buttoned top
Nicole is a timeless and refined pattern, originally designed in 2014 and re-released in 2025 with new variations. It allows you to sew an elegant bolero or a structured back-buttoned top, ready to adapt to all your sewing desires.
Its short, straight, slightly boxy cut enhances the silhouette while offering a style that is both modern and feminine. The pattern includes two sleeve lengths — 3/4 or long — to suit every season and occasion. As a bolero, it pairs beautifully with a dress for a special event. As a top, it can be worn on its own or layered for a bold and stylish look.
Available from sizes FR 34/48, US 2/16, UK 6/20, Nicole is suited to a wide range of fabrics with structure. Whether you're sewing the bolero or the top, choose medium-weight materials with enough body to maintain the shape: cotton satin or piqué, jacquard, raw silk, textured wool, linen canvas, lace, and more. Recommended weight: 250–400 g/m² (7.4–11.8 oz/yd²).
A versatile, feminine and structured pattern — perfect for creating a graphic silhouette, from everyday wear to special occasions.

I purchased the pattern 2 years ago and have made a number of these jackets. Love the pattern and it is my 'go to' for a quick make. I have just noticed that you have updated the pattern recently. Other pattern companies, when they up date a pattern, email the previous buyers with the updated version. Have I missed the update email from you?
Of course, you can get the update. Could you send me your email in order to send you the update.
Merci beaucoup
Very nice pattern
Thank you
