Annabelle, it is the sewing pattern of a low waist dress with an American armhole and thin straps. It is the perfect dress for summer time. This dress will accompany you to the beach as to the city.
You have a video tutorial with a step by step :
- Fabric : 155 cm long in 130 cm wide, including 55 cm for the bias. If you use a ready made bias, you will need 100 cm of fabric.
- 1 button of 12 mm
- 1 cm elastic : 105 cm
For this model, prefer light and fluid but non-transparent materials such as viscose crepe, linen or cotton. Weight : about 150/250 gr.
The flowered version and the blue version are viscose from Tissus Bennytex.
The orange version is a cotton jacquard brought back from my travels.

Le patron et le livret d'explication sont très clairs, avec en plus une touche d'humour :) La seule étape délicate est la pose du biais de l'encolure. Concernant ma première réalisation je la trouve un peu trop lâche, mais je pense qu'en réduisant un peu la longueur de l'élastique ça ira mieux. Je prévois déjà une déclinaison en top d'été :D

J'ai réalisé avec une facilité déconcertante cette robe grâce au livret d'explication très documenté et clair. J'ai opté pour une version sans l'élastique taille basse, pour faire une robe droit convenant plus à ma morphologie. J'aime beaucoup l'encolure dégagée des épaules. Je réutiliserai certainement ce patron pour réaliser une robe cocktail dans un tissu uni avec une encolure strass par exemple.
