Alaïa is the sewing pattern of a shirred dress & blouse with or without short sleeves. Feminine and timeless, it is perfect for the sunny weather.

Two tutorials are available : 

If you like to make a long dress, you just need to lengthen the side lines. In a fabric 140cm, 55’’ wide, you could have a dress 73 cm, 29’’ below the waist line, in size 48, 16/20. You will need 300 cm, 120’’ of fabric.

From size 40, you could go up to 83 cm, 33’’ below the waist line. You will need 320 cm, 128’’ of fabric.

You can use a large amount of light fabrics. Cotton, voile, crepe, viscose .... Weight : 150/250gr
