How to Download Your PDF Patterns from Your Customer Account

When you've purchased a PDF pattern on our website, the first crucial step is to check your inbox, including your spam folders.

Access Your Customer Account:

  • Log in to your account on our website using your login and password. Once logged in, click on "Your Account" to access your customer account.

Access the "My Downloads" Section:

  • Inside your customer account, locate the section titled "My Downloads." Click on it to view the list of your previous purchases.

Select and Download the PDF Pattern:

  • In the list of your purchases, find the PDF pattern you wish to download. Look for the "Download" button and click on it. The PDF will then be downloaded to your computer.

Open the PDF:

  • Once downloaded, the PDF will be stored in your computer's download folder. You have two options to open it:
    • Use Preview: If you are using a Mac, you can simply double-click on the PDF file to open it with Preview.
    • Use Acrobat: If you have Adobe Acrobat, open it and click on the logo with three overlapping sheets in the top left corner of the screen to access layers. Here, you can choose your preferred size, numbering, text, and cartridge.

Printing the PDF:

  • If you plan to print the PDF, make sure to set the scale to 100% in the print options to ensure an accurate, full-sized print.

Remember that you can always access your downloaded PDF patterns from the "My Downloads" section of your customer account if you need to download them again in the future.
